Students can also design and carry out experiments at ESG. Some examples include:
Design a final project: Since most ESG classes have final projects instead of final exams, you can explore material you have learned in class and apply it to a project or experiment of your own interest.
Create a seminar: If you are passionate about a topic and want to delve deeply into the subject matter, you can develop and teach your seminar under faculty supervision. Recent student seminars have explored topics such as signal processing, performance poetry, and food security and agriculture.
Teach a class section: Advanced ESG TAs occasionally have the opportunity to teach a class section on their own, under the supervision of the head instructor for the course.
Plan and execute a public service project: The ESG–PKG Fellowship offers you the chance to address a societal need by developing a social impact project.
